Modern Warfare 4 Plan Your DMZ Extraction Routes with U4GM

Day one on the X01 orders board can get messy fast. You load in thinking you'll knock out a couple of objectives, then realise one needs a key, another needs faction standing, and your squad's already headed for the wrong side of the map. Before you deploy, read every active order and look for the ones that open another page or lead towards commander access. Some players might look at CoD MW4 DMZ Leveling Boosting when they're short on time, but either way, knowing what the board asks for makes each run easier to plan. Leave cosmetic rewards until the progression work is done.

Read the board before you pack

Start with any tutorial orders that appear, even if they seem almost too simple. They may lead to the pages you actually want. Then check each remaining order for prerequisites: keys, faction standing, a particular item, or a clean extract. Don't assume a missing key will turn up on the way. If you can pick it up in a quieter area, do that first and save the contested route for the actual objective. The same goes for reputation. Keep an eye on it alongside your cash, since the next page may care more about your standing than what you sold after the last run.

Look for orders that share a location, too. If a boss objective and a gear task take you through the same extract area, one planned trip might cover both. Just check your bag before you go. Quest items need room, and a bag full of scrap is a lousy reason to miss a pickup. That said, don't force an extra boss fight onto a clean-extract run unless the drop is also part of your plan. Getting out with the required item is worth more than an optional fight that sends the whole team back to the lobby.

Set the route and roles

1. Mark shared locations and draw a route before deploying.

2. Assign one player to carry the quest item.

3. Have teammates watch the route and cover extraction.

Reality check: My squad has spent longer arguing over who picked up the item than it took to reach the objective.

Pick the right kind of run

Not every order deserves the same loadout. Match your insured weapon to the hardest active task, bring plates and a revive pistol, and leave enough space for whatever the board asks you to carry. Here's how I'd split the work when a page has several different demands.

Run typeMain priorityWhat to avoid
Prerequisite runKeys and faction standingUnneeded contested areas
Combined objective runTasks sharing a locationFilling the bag with scrap
Clean extract runGetting the item outOptional boss fights

When the lobby gets crowded

A teammate asked me whether it's worth pushing the same busy objective again after another squad catches us near the extract. We'd already lost our gear once, and the route looked just as crowded on the next attempt.

I'd pause and change the timing if the order allows it. Try a quieter session, or work on a missing prerequisite instead.

Make the next session easier

After a successful extract, check the board rather than assuming everything counted. A screenshot before and after the run can settle those awkward squad debates about what moved and what didn't. If an order fails, jot down the reason: bad timing, another team, or a requirement you misread. Check any penalty before dropping an order, especially if it might affect access to a later page. And if the next task needs a key nobody has, call it there or plan a separate key run. I like writing down the first three objectives for the next session before logging off. Whether you're playing with friends or considering CoD Modern Warfare 4 Boosting, that little bit of prep keeps the next deploy focused.
